October 19 2020 update: York Region Modified Stage 2 in effect for 28 days.

The provincial government announced that York Region has been moved to a modified Stage 2 beginning 12:01am Monday October 19, 2020.  This means we are unable to provide our full compliment of services including facials, some facial waxing, or anything that involves removing of a guests mask. Further guidance is still to come from York Region Public Health, but in the meantime we will be suspending certain services.  Please call our front desk for further clarification.

Please note that our hours of operation will be continue to be reduced for a period of time and we may close earlier than posted. Please call ahead.
  • Continue to book by phone or email. We've removed our online booking tool temporarily to better screen guests. No walk-in bookings/appointments. Please call in advance if you need products or gift cards. If you decide to visit the spa for your purchases, please note the door will be locked during the day. Ring the bell and we will be with you as soon as possible.  We will not be booking couples services and some listed spa packages due to current limitations.
  • We will be pre-screening all guests and our team prior to entry for every visit. Our front desk team will be taking more time to speak with guests over the phone or by email so please keep in mind you may be forwarded to voicemail or wait longer for an email reply. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
  • We ask you to fill out our online forms ahead of time so that we are prepared for your on-time arrival. There are 3 forms; our standard Client File Form, an RMT Form and our new Covid-19 Form. You will be required to fill out the Covid-19 form for every visit. Our front desk team will let you know what forms you need to submit. Check out our forms page here
  • Please wait outside or in your car until we call or come get you.  If you choose to wait outside our door, please observe physical distancing if there is anyone else waiting near you.  We are staggering appointment times and if you are early and out front, please respect any other guests/staff personal space.
  • Guests, just like our team, are required to wear a mask, use hand sanitizer upon arrival (and departure). Masks will be available for purchase if you don't have one. Gloves will be provided for every guest, along with a plastic single use bag for your belongings (purse, wallet, phone, keys, etc.). We will also be taking your temperature with a contact-less thermometer.
  • We will be staggering appointment times for guests to maximize physical distancing. You will be greeted and taken right away to your treatment room.
  • We will of course be vigilant as we always have been with sanitization, disinfection and sterilization of all high touch areas, surfaces and rooms.
  • Tips/gratuities for our Spa Professionals will now be provided directly by you to your spa therapist in a provided tip envelope or sent via eTransfer to their dedicated email address. Please check with your service provider to see what they prefer. A tip envelope can be provide at the start of your appointment upon request if you want to leave a cash tip with your service provider, however as our front desk is not handling cash, we are unable to make change.
  • We may not be able to accommodate your booking time/spa therapist requests for a while. As we increase the cleaning time between appointments, rooms and spa therapists will be booked longer. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility when booking appointments.
  • We have called all previously cancelled guests and are now up to date with appointments. Please feel free to call or email for your next appointment.
  • Upon completion of your services and payment, we kindly ask that you exit the spa so that we may prepare for the next guest in the same manner that we prepared for your arrival.
  • If the door is locked (which it may be when our front desk team is helping sanitize) please ring the door bell and we'll be with you shortly.
As we re-establish ourselves after this forced closure we are asking for further understanding and your support.
You will notice that the cost of our services have gone up slightly. This is in response to the increased costs from our suppliers for disinfection supplies, masks, gloves and other PPE as well as the added time spent on preparing each space for your appointments. We have had very few price increases in the past 15 years and have often decreased service prices - and certainly have the best special offers anywhere! We appreciate your understanding our need to do this and, of course, your loyalty.
When booking we ask that you consider booking more than one service appointment due to the time that it will take to prepare every room. This will allow our team to truly get back to doing what they love to do. Finally we ask that you help us out during this extra-ordinary time by limiting gift card redemption to no more than 50% of your final bill, per visit. This will help us recover at a quicker pace after being shut down during the state of emergency.
