The Province of Ontario has lifted mask mandates. This information may change and we will try to keep this page up to date.

Mask Mandate has been lifted: We understand that everyone will take some time getting used to seeing guests and some of our spa team without masks. Please continue to wear a mask if you would like. Masks are still available for all guests at our entry door.

Some of our team have vulnerable family at home and may wish to continue wearing a mask. We have agreed that our staff should assess their own comfort level and they may choose whether they would prefer to continue wearing a mask, mask for certain services going forward or not at all if they are able to maintain a safe distance. We have always had masks available and some spa therapists did choose to wear them well before it was mandated for certain services. 

If you would prefer a spa therapist wear a mask, simply ask as we don't mind. Our commitment to the wellness of our team, our guests and the community remains unchanged and we continue to do everything we can to ensure the health and wellness of our spa family, which includes you! Thank you in advance for your continued support, and your understanding while we get back to our new normal. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
