What is the minimum Gift Card purchase amount to recieve a FREE $50 Spa Credit?
All gift card/eCertificate purchases of $150 or more, up to $249.99 are entitled to one FREE $50 Spa Credit. Gift card/eCertificate Purchases of $250 or more are entitled to 2 x $50 Spa Credits equalling $100 in Spa Credits.
Do Spa Credits Expire?
Yes. They expire on March 30 2025 and must be used by then to enjoy the $50 credit. After that date, they can be used as a 15% discount towards any regularly priced service(s) until June 30 2025.
Is the Spa Credit the same as a Gift Card?
They are not the same. Our Gift Cards do not expire but our spa credits do expire. Unlike gift cards that are a purchased item, the spa credits are a bonus gift with purchase, not a gift card. They hold no cash value and were not purchased.
Can I use my spa credit over multiple visits?
Spa Credits must be used in full during one visit.
Can I use my spa credit as a gratuity?
No, spa credits are to be used towards services.
Do your gift cards expire?
Our Gift Cards/eCertificates do not expire.
I lost my spa credits, can they be replaced?
Unfortunately they can not be replaced.
Can I keep spa credits for myself when I purchase a gift card?
Absolutely, and many of our customers do exactly that...they know how to Spa Smart!
I can't make it in before March 30th 2025, can you extend my spa credits?
Unfortunately, there are no extensions on expiry date.
I was given a gift card with specific services, can I change those to something else?
Absolutely, and a lot of our guests do just that. The dollar amount that was loaded at the time of purchase is what matters and our gift cards/eCertifcates can be applied to any regularly priced services you choose.
I have 2 spa credits totalling $100, can I use both on the same service?
Spa credits are a one time $50 reduction in price of individual services over $100. If you choose to have 2 services that are greater than $200 you can use both.
What can spa credits be used on?
Any regularly priced services $100 or more before taxes, excluding services performed by an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist).
